Samsung Constructions announced the LEED Platinum certification of its eco-friendly residential model “Green Tomorrow” which to be opened in November.
LEED is an internationally recognized green building certification system,  providing third-party verification that a building or community was designed and built using strategies aimed at improving performance across all the metrics that matter most: energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.
It is more difficult to pass the examination to earn LEED Platinum level so this is the first LEED Platinum Certificate in North East Asia Region.
Green Tomorrow is the first enery-zero architecture in Korea which was built with 68 kinds of viable green technology.
Green Tomorrow has finished the construction and is underway to secure the data of the various green technologies that are applied for construction.
