STX Construction Co., Ltd. (CEO: Kook-Hyun Kim) has won the contract of ‘Nurai Island Project’ in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.. Nurai is located immediately in the North East of Abu Dhabi and its is 25 minutes by boat from the mainland and 15 minutes by helicopter from Abu Dhabi’s international airport. This extraordinary Project involves turning Nurai into and exclusive development of 31 beachfront estates, 36 water villas priced from US$22million, and on boutique luxury retreat.
Zaya is a UAE based boutique developer specializing in high-end real estate with offices in Abu Dhabi&Dubai. Zaya is a joint venture between Tasameem Real Estate, and Assas LLC whose combined portfolio is in excess of US$20 Billion. Zaya has previously announced the selection of STX as a partner for developing Nurai at the Middle East’s leading real estate exhibition held earlier this month in Abu Dhabi.
