Seoul Square opens its door

<< Back

Seoul Square finally opened its doors for the first time on November 16th after a renovation process. The building retains the unique look or its former identity, the Daewoo Center, which symbolized Korea’s economic growth in the 1970s and 1980s with its constantly lit windows.
Seoul Square is occupied with retail space (from B1 to 2nd floor), amenities such as finess center (3rd floor), and offices from 4th floor.
Seoul Square was completed construction in 1977 and was sold to Morgan Stanley from Kumho Asiana Group in 2007. The renovation started in January of 2008 and finally opened its door on November 16th.
The renovation was done by Daewoo E&C and planned by the consortium between iArc Architects and Jeonglim Architecture.
