The primary objective of this committee is to identify and remove obstacles to foreign investors in the real estate sector. This committee shall be able to comment on the legislation and explore legislative proposals that may impact real estate companies and provide a forum for members to represent the industry view on proposed changes. It has an important role to play in establishing the focus and effectiveness of the EUCCK Real Estate Committee and is given a very high priority.
Membership Committee
The Membership Committee''s goal is to provide input to the Real Estate Committee (REC) to assist in delivering tangible benefits to existing members and to ensure services are conducted according to members' requirements. The committee also assists the REC in achieving targeted member growth. The committee provides input and suggestions regarding the recruitment of new members to ensure that the EUCCK REC membership is representative of the leading real estate companies
Information Committee
The Information Committee aims to provide members with a better understanding of market practices, market trends, up-to-date changes in regulations, compliance requirements, theories, and laws, and business opportunities
Media Relations Committee
The Media Relations Committee's goal is to establish relationships with the Media with the purpose to raise awareness about the Committee activities and the members.
Retail Committee
The objective of the Retail Committee is to stimulate growth of the Korean retail market. It should assist retailers, and real estate companies in providing accurate information and opportunities to enter the Korean market. Furthermore, the committee shall provide a forum for members to represent the industry view on how the retail market needs to be changed. Consult the Management Board for inquiries about specific working groups
